We promise to offer the best items; our staff will meticulously verify and test before delivery; and they will sterilize the dolls to guarantee perfect working conditions. When you get your doll, please check whether the internal cavities and channels are normal, whether the doll’s face, hair, eyes, hands, and feet are intact, etc.

If you find that you have received the wrong products or products with non-human defects due to our mistakes after receiving the goods, please take pertinent videos and images and get in touch with us at [email protected]. We will either reimburse you or replace the accurate item after validation reveals that there is a mistake.

Should you have already used the doll, please be aware that we are unable to refund you.

Order Cancellation

We will process your order within 12-24 hours when you pay. Therefore, before placing an order, please carefully review the order details to ensure the accuracy of the infor.

If we have begun processing your purchase and you still want to cancel, you will be charged a 20% cancellation cost.

If your order be in production and you still want to cancel, you will be charged a 30% cancellation cost.

If we have completed building your doll but it has not yet been delivered and you insist on choosing to cancel, you will be charged a 50% cancellation cost.

If your doll has already been shipped, please realize that your order cannot be canceled.

Product Return

You have seven days to ask for a return, as long as the item is still sealed and not used. We do take goods that are damaged because of shipping or contamination, and we also receive goods that don’t match the order. Please take pertinent videos and images and get in touch with us at [email protected].

Please return the item to our warehouse in the same condition it was sent in. Due to hygiene considerations, we will not take returns on items whose packaging is not still in its original, unopened, and unusable state. Unless you open the package when you get the things and find that they are defective or damaged.

Undeliverable Order

Please supply accurate shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, contact details, etc, as this will impact the later refund. There is a 20% handling fee and no refund if an order is returned due to non-delivery.

Note

Used toys can’t be sent back to us. The doll you send back will be checked for sexual fluids and oral, vaginal, and anal examination. If the test comes back positive, the doll will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.
